Previously worked in Tencent, present Senior Design Manager of JD UED. Experienced Designer who took the lead in core team for multiple e-commerce projects across platforms from Web to mobility, including Paipai.com main site design, Yixun channel optimization and JD APP revision. She is focusing on improving user experience on mobility e-commerce products, dedicated to JD App design which serves hundreds of million users. Main work covers core e-shopping process experience optimization, personalized scenarios design and promotion of user viscosity. She and her team won couples of projects rewards and innovation rewards in JD. She is the pioneer of methodical design, straight forward to user’s pain point, fix it with innovation and continuous improvement, driving the business result as well as user experience.

Background information

In mobility era, users are surrounded with millions of app and new chooses. As designer, are we understand their real demands? Is there any pattern behind their consumption? If yes, can we use find out a general rule to fix customer’s pain point? Here today, we introduce a  general method based on methodical analysis to help you make good and effective designs to drive user consumptions and improve product success rate. 

Outline

1. Trend of e-commerce in mobility era, and design methods guide to drive consumption on the trend.

2. Find out root cause of user behaviors via case study which analyses consumption motivation.

3. Referring to consumption motivation dissection and JD core user profiles,  based on case study of  vertical categories, platforms, JD Plus membership, personalized design, conclude design rule of driving and encourage consumptions.

  • Learn and apply design rule to different customers and scenarios

  • Quick start in new projects via case study from project kick off to phase out.
