Shu Chen is the UED director of Chexiang.com. She was the former design Leader for Ctrip and Ebay with over 15 years’ experience in Internet product design. She Specializes in large and medium-sized e-commerce platform, OTA and mobile Internet product design. For a long time, she was committed to research the relevance and application of data and design and has focused on the transaction process of large business websites from home and abroad for many years. She had given keynote speeches on data driven design on the Ctrip Data and Design Summit in 2015 and Website Analysis Wednesday conference in 2016.
