Wenting Gong is the senior design manager in Suning. She has been in user experience design for many years. Before Suning, he was in ZTE, responsible for the front-end, interaction design and user research work. He is an interaction designer that’s proficient in front-end development and from a psychological background. He is specialized at making dynamic data prototypes, agile user research and game design. Currently he’s a senior design manager working in Suning.com, and is mainly responsible for the design and transformation of product demand, the development of interaction design norms, user research, data analysis and industry trends research, and he is leading the design work for the store core transactions and future stores projects.
