Diane is a strategist with an anthropological vision and a researcher who can look at the code. She likes trying to deconstruct complex problems from different aspects and believes that people-oriented and design-led innovation can bring more positive changes to the community. Diane specializes in strategy, service experience design and user research, and is engaged in the cooperation in different countries and cross-functional teams (High-tech, telecommunications, finance, retail, food, lifestyle, social enterprise), to help them to do new business, to develop innovative strategies or business models, to do service design, and also to explore how to cooperate cross language and culture to do strategic design.
