15+ years of professional UX design experience, currently working as the Director of Huawei Consumer BG IT UX team. Exposed to diverse roles, including innovation design, interaction design, visual design, frontend development, user search, information architecture and A/B testing for enterprise and consumer products in overseas companies. Believed in data-driven design, as well as brining new design concepts to daily work. Role in Huawei involves product UX design, define UI guidelines, UX process refinement, UX quality assessment, coaching and team management, leading to raise the overall UX quality of Huawei products.
