Background information

Under the background of upgrade in technology and consumption, it is no longer impossible to connect everything to the web. Internet can connect people’s needs virtually, but physical connection still depends on transportation vehicles. Thus, the design of vehicles and its service products is a huge long-term business opportunity. Vehicles have strong social nature, so user-centered design can’t be completely applied. Therefore it has already become an industry appeal to seek a new concept and model beyond user-centered design.
