He has rich experience in providing UX strategy and solution to Singapore government, MNC etc. He has over 18 years’ experience in responsive web design, ecommerce, mobile apps design innovation, user experience design and research in world leading MNC and Local companies, such as: • Global head of UX design and APAC eCOM Head, elment14, the world’s leading eCOM platform for electronic components over 40 countries. • Senior User Experience Design Manager in Singapore Telecommunication to lead UX design and innovation • Senior User Experience Designer and User Research Lead in Hewlett-Packard to drive the new product design • Interaction Designer and Usability Lead in Autodesk, the world's leading supplier of advanced 2D and 3D design software tools He graduated as the first PhD in Singapore in user experience program from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, supervised by Prof Martin Helander and Chui Yong Ping, the worldwide UX pioneer and leader. He has published more than 30 papers in international conferences and journals, including the Best Paper awards in APCHI, IEEE CIS International Conferences. Background information

Nowadays, user experience design has been core competence of product success, as more and more e-commerce platforms, mobile application software begin to expand international market, it makes UX innovation face new bottlenecks and challenges. Whether making domestic products internationalized, or international products domestic, due to differences in different national user behavior, psychological and cultural background, how to do user experience is indeed worthy of attention. Based on the matrix of original products and big data, designers need do user survey, analyze these factors scientifically, adjust strategy to provide innovative and matched solutions, in order to improve the user experience satisfaction for products, services, and systems.
