Background information

UX and CX are business strategies in recent years and are running an important trend, but many companies are still struggling to ensure that the improved user experience does improve business results, so beBit has developed a set of core methodology to help businesses introduce commercial value assessment methods in commodity design to help companies enhance the user experience, and also to achieve business value of the output.

How to disassemble business objectives and design a user research program based on the business goals (15 minutes)
